A long-term collaborative and trusting relationship is the key to understanding client needs and delivering the right solutions. Therefore, we prefer undertaking projects that we can manage from the start to finish for our customers. We select an appropriate project management methodology in consultation with the client to ensure a common and integrated delivery framework. In general, we break down projects into five phases, around which we structure our services:
Strategy and Planning This phase includes vision and strategic planning business case development, implementation planning, organizational planning, and risk management planning. The deliverables of this stage are the final strategic plan, the project proposal with validation and the implementation plan.
Analysis and Design This phase includes business process analysis Requirements analysis, use case analysis, database design, system architecture design, and application design. The deliverables of this stage are requirements specification documentation, data model and database design, data acquisition and migration plan, design for any req ired applications, and system architecture design.
Development This phase includes database development, application development, systems/enterprise integration, quality assurance testing, and configuration management. The deliverables of this stage (depending on the customers’ requirements) include database(s), applications, pilot studies, and documentation.
Deployment This stage includes deployment planning, system installation, acceptance testing, performance validation, testing and tuning, and technical training. The deliverables of this stage are a detailed deployment plan, installation and testing of software, data and applications, documentation and operation instructions, technical training for system administrators and developers, and the final deployed system.
Operations and Maintenance This phase includes user training, technical support, performance monitoring, systems maintenance, and software maintenance. The deliverables of this phase are end user training, technical support plan and materials, performance monitoring plan, design and automation, systems and software maintenance plans and processes, and process for managing enhancement requests.

You can choose our services for either the entire product/application life cycle or those phases in which you need help. We view projects as partnership between you and Apposite. Collaboration and open communication are key to the successful delivery of your solution, and we provide regular, ongoing progress reports to your team to ensure that the results are predictable and in most cases better than expected.
