Implementation & Delivery

Our implementation team can work on a onsite, offsite or a hybrid model. To reduce costs, we offer clients offshore implementation packages as well

Throughout the duration of the project, we utilize comprehensive tracking and reporting tools to manage risk, report on service levels and measure results, continually working towards process improvement. We follow Agile and Scrum driven implementation process and that helps in risk mitigation and minimalist project impact if things change mid-way, which usually happens in most implementations
